Each warp and shute of the twill square weave wire cloth, is woven alternately over two and under two warp wires. This gives the appearance of parallel diagonal lines, allowing the twill square weave wire cloth to be used with heavier wires with a particular mesh count (that is possible with the plain weave wire cloth).
The pattern is staggered on following warp wires, providing a parallel diagonal lines appearance. Twill Weave Wire Mesh permits the use of relatively heavier wires in the specific mesh count than is feasible in the plain weave mesh. This mesh has broad application tendency of supporting larger loads and finer filtrations.
SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L and Other Stainless Steel Alloy. Aluminum, Brass, Nickel, Hastelloy and other metal are available.
Standard Roll Width: 1m or 48";
Standard Roll Length: 30m or 100ft.

Twill Weave: In a twill weave, each weft or filling yarn floats across the warp yarns in a progression of interlaces to the right or left, forming a distinct diagonal line. This diagonal line is also known as a wale. A float is the portion of a yarn that crosses over two or more yarns from the opposite direction.
1. Equal strength of warp and shute wires
2. Easily shaped
3. Accurate mesh size, thicker wires in bigger mesh ensure high durability of the wire cloth.
As wire cloth is made in the several sets of wire diameter and opening size, its application has been accepted in the all industries. It offers extensive versatility in the diverse applications such as sizing, separation, sifting and filtration ultimately our wire mesh fits in all the jobs perfectly. Commonly used as following:
